基于层次分析法的县域可恢复地类复耕综合评价分析

摘要 为合理利用国土资源,高质量选出适宜恢复为耕地的可恢复地类地块,采用层次分析法对江西省芦溪县4 548个可恢复地类地块的综合条件进行分析评价。以自然质量、立地环境、空间形态、规划约束作为一级指标,确定可恢复地类地块综合评价分析的13个二级指标,建立有关可恢复地类的综合评价指标体系。根据评价结果将芦溪县可恢复地类地块分为3个等级:其中优先恢复有884块,面积为295.56 hm~2;次优先恢复有2 518块,面积为700.89 hm~2;延后恢复有1 146块,面积为343.01 hm~2。短期内有足够的可恢复地类地块复耕成为耕地,能够在一定程度上,缓解芦溪县未来的耕地占补平衡、进出平衡的压力。 In order to select recoverable land plots suitable for restoration to cultivated land with high quality and make rational use of the resources,the comprehensive conditions of 4548 recoverable land blocks in Luxi County,Jiangxi Province were analyzed and evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Taking natural quality,site environment,spatial form and planning constraints as the first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes of Comprehensive Evaluation and analysis of recoverable land-type plots were determined,the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of recoverable land is established.According to the evaluation results,the recoverable land in Luxi County was divided into three grades:884 plots with an area of 295.56 hectares were first restored,2518 plots with an area of 700.89 hectares were second restored;there are 1146 plots with an area of 343.01 hectares.In the short term,there will be enough recoverable land to be converted into arable land.This will,to a certain extent,relieve the pressure on the balance of arable land in Luxi County in the future.
