摘要
分析全钢载重子午线轮胎挤出胎面尺寸不稳定、胎面脱层、气孔率大、长度不达标等质量缺陷产生的原因,通过对胶料混炼质量的控制、口型设计的优化、设备和工艺过程的优化控制等措施,减少了胎面生的原因,通过对胶料混炼质量的控制、口型设计的优化、设备和工艺过程的优化控制等措施,减少了胎面挤出质量缺陷,提高了部件合格率,有效减少返回胶,降低成本。
The causes of quality defects such as unstable tread size,delamination,high porosity,and substandard length during the tread extrusion process of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed.Through measures such as controlling the mixing quality of the compound,optimizing the die design and optimizing the process control,the extrusion quality defects of the tread were reduced,the qualification rate was improved,the return compound was effectively reduced,and the costs were lowered.
