摘要
对巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎(简称巨胎)裁断中带束层拉伸的问题进行原因分析,并提出相应的改善措施。巨胎裁断中带束层拉伸的原因主要有传送带牵引速度不匹配、储料托辊完好性不佳及供料模板位置不当。通过改善传送带速度的匹配性、恢复储料坑内托辊功能及优化带束层供料模板高度,解决了巨胎带束层裁断中出现的拉伸变形问题,可以保证大角度带束层设计的宽度和角度,保证轮胎的质量。
The causes of the belt tension problem in the cutting of giant all-steel off-the-road radial tires(referred to as giant tires)were analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed.The main reasons of the belt tension in the cutting of giant tires were mismatched traction speed of the conveyor belt,poor integrity of the storage roller,and improper position of the feeding template.By improving the matching of conveyor belt speed,restoring the function of the rollers in the storage pit,and optimizing the height of the belt feeding template,the problem of tensile deformation in the belt cutting of giant tires was solved,and the designed width and angle of the belt with large angle could be guaranteed,so as to ensure the quality of the finished tire.
