液相色谱法测定二(叔丁基过氧化二异丙基)苯含量

Determination of Di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)Benzene Content by Liquid Chromatography

研究利用液相色谱法测定二(叔丁基过氧化二异丙基)苯(BIBP)的含量。采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),在流动相流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)、色谱柱柱温为40℃、进样体积为10μL、流动相为乙腈-1%缓冲盐(体积比为97∶3)的条件下测试,可实现间位BIBP目标物质峰与杂质峰的有效分离。结果表明:BIBP溶液的质量浓度在0.1~0.5 mg·mL^(-1)范围内与谱峰面积的线性相关性良好,相关因数为0.9994;加标回收率平均值为100.11%,相对标准偏差为1.29%;本方法的重复性和稳定性较好,精密度较高。

The content of di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene(BIBP)was determined by liquid chromatography.Under the conditions of C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase flow rate of 1.0 mL·mL^(-1),column temperature of 40℃,injection volume of 10μL,and mobile phase of acetonitrile and 1%buffer salt(volume ratio of 97∶3),the meta BIBP target substance peak and the impurity peaks were effectively separated.The results showed that the mass concentration of BIBP solution in the range of 0.1~0.5 mg·mL^(-1)had good linear correlation with the chromatographic peak area,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994.The average recovery rate was 100.11%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.29%.The method demonstrated good repeatability,stability and high precision.
