摘要
当前,就业难和招工难并存的就业结构性问题凸显,对人力资源招聘行业提出了更加迫切的需求。本文阐述了人力资源招聘行业对解决就业结构性矛盾的作用,分析了当前人力资源招聘行业发展的现状、存在的主要问题以及发展机遇与挑战,结合国外招聘行业发展的特点,提出了人力资源招聘行业高质量发展的建议。
At present,the structural problem of employment coexisting between employment difficulty and recruitment difficulty are prominent,which puts forward a more urgent demand for the human resources recruitment industry.This paper expounds the role of the human resources recruitment industry in solving the structural contradictions of employment,analyzes the current situation of the human resources recruitment industry development,the main problems and the development opportunities and challenges.Combined with the development characteristics of the foreign recruitment industry,the paper puts forward suggestions on the high-quality development of the human resources recruitment industry.
