摘要
村干部职业化在部分地区的推进之路,仍在合理合法、整体能力、管理机制、职业认知的机遇与挑战间不断博弈。脱贫攻坚中村干部职业化一体化、基础性效应凸显了此种管理模式对专项工作的推动作用。要使之继续推动乡村振兴的进程,势必要厘清职业化的本质和内涵,设定职业化有效稳定运作机制,外促内培中迸发不竭动力,使基层自治在推进中国式现代化中持续发轫。
The controversial way to promote the professionalization of village cadres revolves around the constant game between opportunities and challenges of “autonomy”.The successful practice of poverty alleviation further highlights that the professional management mode of village cadres is more conducive to promoting the implementation of special work,but in order to continue to promote the progress of rural revitalization,it is necessary to clarify the essence and connotation of professionalism,set up an effective and stable operation mechanism of the new structure of professionalism,and professionalize its service construction capacity and level,rather than being limited to identity.Inexhaustible impetus will be generated through external promotion and internal training to ensure long-term development of grassroots autonomy in keeping with the Times.
