摘要
针对炼化企业污水“近零”排放难以消纳高盐高氨氮脱硫废水的问题,研发利用锅炉烟气余热在烟道直接蒸发脱硫废水的流态模型,开展废水液滴粒径、雾化角度、烟速、烟温等变量对液滴完全蒸发时间、蒸发距离的数值模拟研究和小试实验,完成烟道蒸发室的工业结构设计,并经过2个阶段的废水工业化试运行,验证了该技术的合理性和可行性。对试运行过程中出现的问题进行了客观的分析评价,提出了必要的整改措施,开创了脱硫废水低成本、低能耗环保处理的新途径。
In view of the problem that it is difficult to absorb high-salt and high-ammonia nitrogen desulphurization wastewater with“near zero”discharge of sewage from refining and chemical enterprises,a flow model of direct evaporation of desulphurization wastewater with boiler flue gas waste heat was developed,and numerical simulation studies and pilot experiments were carried out on the effects of wastewater droplet particle size,atomization angle,smoke velocity,smoke temperature and other variables on the droplet complete evaporation time and evaporation distance.The industrial structure design of flue evaporation chamber was completed,and the reasonableness and feasibility of the technology were verified through two stages of wastewater industrialization trial run.The problems in the process of trial operation were analyzed and evaluated objectively,the necessary rectification measures were put forward,and a new way of low cost,low energy consumption and environmental protection treatment of desulphurization wastewater was created.
