肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系的构建

Construction of sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment

目的:构建肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系。方法:基于文献检索、半结构化访谈拟定肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系初稿,通过德尔菲法进一步完善肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:共进行2轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率分别为91.30%和100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.853和0.850,第2轮专家函询肯德尔和谐系数为0.224~0.306(均P<0.05),变异系数为0.000~0.241。最终构建的肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系包括3项一级指标、10项二级指标、39项三级指标。结论:构建的肝衰竭病人人工肝治疗间歇期护理敏感质量指标体系具有科学性、客观性、适用性,可为提高肝衰竭病人的护理质量提供参考。

Objective:To construct sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment.Methods:Based on literature search and semi⁃structured interviews,the preliminary draft of sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment was developed.The Delphi method was used to further improve the sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Results:Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted,with effective response rates of 91.30%and 100.00%,expert authority coefficients of 0.853 and 0.850,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficient of the second round of expert inquiry ranged from 0.224 to 0.306(all P<0.05),and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.000 to 0.241.Finally,the sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment was constructed,which included 3 first⁃level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 39 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment constructed in this study is scientific,objective,and applicable,which can provide reference for improving the nursing quality of patients with liver failure.
