With globalization and escalating market competition,the petrochemical industry faces increasingly complex challenges.In order to cope with these challenges,refineries must address key issues such as supply quality,inventory control and business process opti mization.Based on the concept of supply chain management,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the material procurement process in refineries and proposes strategies.These strategies can not only improve the quality and efficiency of material procurement,but also effec tively reduce the operating costs,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
