With the development of the digital economy era,financial digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for the de velopment and transformation of group companies.As a centralized financial management model,the financial shared service center is of great significance in promoting the digital transformation of group companies and is a powerful tool to help enterprises achieve flexible and efficient economic management models.How to promote the financial digital transformation of the group and build a digital financial sharing center under the trend of digital economy has become an urgent problem for company managers to solve.Based on the current digital and in telligent economic environment,this article starts from the application of the financial sharing center of the group company,analyzes the current situation of the company’s financial sharing center under the digital background,discovers its existing problems,and studies corre sponding optimization strategies,in order to promote the group company to establish an efficient financial management mode and achieve high-quality development.
