This paper expounds that smart grid planning is the key to achieving sustainable development and energy transformation.It analyzes smart grid planning strategies based on big data,including optimizing data collection and analysis,implementing load forecasting and scheduling,improving smart distribution network planning,and conducting risk assessment and management.
