摘要
阐述气体分析仪自动取样管路的设计、DCS系统的分析通道投切控制逻辑,实现按设定时间自动在多个取样测点的自动巡检。它适用于无腐蚀性气体组份分析的场合,可提高单台分析仪的利用率。
This paper expounds the design of the automatic sampling pipeline for gas analyzers,the switching control logic of the analysis channel in Dcs systems,and the implementation of automatic inspection at multiple analysis sampling measurement points according to the set time.It is suitable for the analysis of non corrosive gas components and improves the utilization rate of a single analyzer.
