面向原位建造的月壤采集技术研究进展及展望

Research progress and prospects of lunar soil collection technology for in-situ construction

摘要 面向原位建造任务,综述了前苏联Luna计划、美国Apollo计划及中国嫦娥五号月壤采集过程,从月球极端环境角度分析了原位建造任务的采集需求及采集难点,概述了钻取式、铲挖式、气动式、静电式4种采集方式及原理,探讨了不同采集方式在原位建造任务中的应用前景,介绍了月壤采集领域内创新性采集方式及装备,对采集过程的仿真分析、采集器设计与制造和地面实验验证技术进行总结概括,展望了面向月面原位建造的月壤采集技术发展趋势,可为月壤采集技术在月面原位建造领域中的发展及应用提供参考和借鉴,并为未来月球探索和建设提供理论和技术支持. Focusing on in-situ construction tasks,it summarized the former Soviet Union's Luna project,the American Apollo project and China's Chang’e-5 lunar soil collection process.From the perspective of extreme lunar environments,the collection requirements and collection difficulties of the in-situ construction task were analyzed.Four collection methods and principles,namely drilling,shoveling,pneumatic,and electrostatic,were summarized.The application prospects of different collection methods in in-situ construction tasks were discussed,and innovative collection methods and equipment in the field of lunar soil collection were introduced.Simulation analysis of the collection process,collector design and manufacturing,and ground experimental verification technology were summarized.The development trend of lunar soil collection technology for in-situ lunar surface construction is outlooked,which can provide reference for the development and application of lunar soil collection technology in the field of in-situ lunar construction,and can provide theoretical and technical support for future lunar exploration and construction.
