摘要
目的系统评价护士经历的接近失误事件,为更好地开展相关管理工作提供参考依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、PsycInfo、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于护士经历接近失误事件的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年12月30日。采用2016年澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价工具对纳入的文献进行质量评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入7篇文献,提炼26个研究结果,归纳6个类别,形成3个整合结果:接近失误事件发生的原因包括个人因素和组织因素;接近失误事件给护士带来了负性和正性双重情感体验;接近失误事件的应对方式。结论护理管理者应多关注接近失误事件给护士带来的负性情感体验,完善接近失误事件上报流程,建立无责备、非惩罚式管理制度,从而促进护士积极主动上报接近失误事件,保障患者安全。
Objective To systematically evaluate near misses experienced by nurses to inform better management of the situation.Methods A computerized search of PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,Psyclnfo,Scopus,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database for qualitative studies on nurses'experience of near miss events was conducted with a timeframe of the establishment of the database to December 30,2023.The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the 2016 Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Center for Evidence-Based Health Care qualitative research quality assessment tool,and the results were integrated using meta-integration methods.Results A total of 7 articles were included,and 26 findings were distilled and grouped into 6 categories,resulting in 3 integrative findings,including reasons why near miss events occur,a dual emotional experience caused by near miss events,and ways of coping with near miss events.Conclusion Nursing administrators should pay more attention to the negative emotional experience that near miss events bring to nurses,improve the process of reporting near miss events,and establish a no-blame,nonpunitive management system,so as to promote nurses to report near miss events proactively and protect patient safety.
