摘要
耦合器在无线移动通信系统中是必不可少的元器件之一。使用经典耦合器理论设计的微带耦合器,尺寸一般会随着频率而变化大约1/4波长。它的定向性指标一般较差,文中仿真只有5 dB左右。本文从理论上分析了影响耦合器尺寸和方向性的因素,提出了一种小尺寸高定向性微带耦合器的设计方法,通过更改微带耦合线的结构,可以在保证端口驻波性能的情况下,定向性指标超过20 dB,使用仿真软件HFSS分析并实际制作验证了其预期效果。
Coupler is one of the essential components in wireless mobile communication system.The size of microstrip coupler designed by classical coupler theory will change with frequency,about a quarter wavelength.Its directionality index is generally poor,only about 5 dB in the simulation in this paper.By changing the structure of the microstrip coupling line,the directionality index can exceed 20 dB while ensuring the standing wave performance of the port.In this paper,the factors affecting the size and directivity of the coupler are analyzed theoretically,and a design method of a small size and high directivity microstrip coupler is proposed.HFSS is used to analyze the model and the actual production verifies its expected effect.
