蔡启瑞,被誉为“分子催化学科的奠基人”,是我国著名的物理化学家、教育家。作为科研工作者,他创建中国高校第一个催化教研室,提出四种配位催化作用效应,发展分子催化研究方法,致力于碳一化学新能源和复合催化剂的研究;作为教育工作者,他提倡锐意创新,细心求是,跨学科大协作团队精神,培养和熏陶了大批催化人才。本文通过回顾蔡启瑞先生的求学经历和科研历程,重点介绍了蔡启瑞为我国催化领域、能源化工、教育教学事业做出的卓越贡献。

Tsai Khi-Rui,known as“China’s leading catalytic scholar”,is a renowned physical chemist and educator in China.As a researcher,he has established the first catalytic teaching and research department in Chinese universities,proposed four effects for catalysis,developed molecular catalysis research methods,and devoted himself to the research of carbon-one chemistry for new energy with composite catalysts.As an educator,he has advocated innovation,meticulousness,interdisciplinary teamwork spirit and paid attention to personnel training for catalysis talents.This article focuses on reviewing Prof.Tsai Khi-Rui’s experiences for scientific research,highlighting his outstanding contributions to the field of catalysis,energy and chemical engineering,and education.
