农民农村共同富裕是实现全体人民共同富裕的应有之义。在开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程中,推动农民农村共同富裕具备了更加有利的条件。推动农民农村共同富裕也面临诸多制约条件,如农业现代化建设存在短板,农村人才供给短缺,农村基础设施建设和基本公共服务建设水平相对较低,农村基层党组织的致富引领能力不强等。扎实推动农民农村共同富裕,要夯实共同富裕的农业现代化基础,为农村发展提供人才支持,以城乡融合发展缩小城乡差距,加强农村基层党组织的致富引领能力。

The common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is an integral part of the common prosperity of all people,and is also the goal of Chinese modernization.In embarking on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,there are more favorable conditions.But it also faces many constraints,such as shortcomings in the construction of agricultural modernization,shortage of rural talent supply,relatively low level of rural infrastructure construction and basic public service construction,rural grassroots party organizations with insufficient leadership ability to create wealth.To promote common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,the foundation of agricultural modernization for common prosperity should be consolidated,provide talent support for rural development,narrow the urban-rural gap through integrated urban-rural development,and strengthen the leading ability of rural grassroots party organizations to create wealth.
