摘要
实践育人是当前高职院校对学生进行思政教育的重要途径,是大学生成长、成才和发展的内在需要,也是提升人才培养质量的关键环节。农业高职院校要深刻认识新时代实践育人的价值蕴涵,厘清当前实践育人存在的理念认识模糊、育人主体不明、多维联动不够、育人形式单一、与思政教育融合不深等现实问题,积极探索实践育人的实现路径,培养更多具有“三农”情怀的时代新人,更好地担负起农业高职教育的时代责任。
Practical education is an important way for higher vocational colleges to provide ideological and political education to students.It is an inherent need for the growth,success,and development of college students,and also a key link in improving the quality of talent cultivation.Agricultural higher vocational colleges should have a deep understanding of the value implications of practical education in the new era,clarify the current problems of vague understanding of the concept of practical education,unclear education subjects,insufficient multi-dimensional linkage,single education forms,and insufficient integration with ideological and political education,actively explore the implementation path of practical education,cultivate more new generations with the“three rural”sentiment,and better shoulder the responsibility of agricultural vocational education in the era.
