摘要
以深圳欢乐谷作为研究对象,基于网络文本分析法,采集携程和美团两大平台中深圳欢乐谷的游客评论,利用ROST CM6词频分析软件对结果进行分析整理,同时运用GooSeeker文本分析软件进行整体评价分析、高频词分析及情感分析。结合深圳欢乐谷主题公园特有的业态属性,深入探讨游客在游玩过程中的情感、需求和满意程度,找出当前深圳欢乐谷旅游服务存在的问题,并提出改进意见,为深圳欢乐谷及同类型主题公园的旅游发展提供参考。
Taking Shenzhen Happy Valley as the research object,based on network text analysis method,tourist comments on Shenzhen Happy Valley of Ctrip and Meituan platforms were collected.ROST CM6 word frequency analysis software was used to analyze and organize the results,and GooSeeker text analysis software was used for overall evaluation analysis,high-frequency word analysis,and sentiment analysis.Based on the unique business attributes of Shenzhen Happy Valley Theme Park,this study explores in depth the emotions,requirements,and satisfaction levels of tourists during their visit,identifies the existing problems in Shenzhen Happy Valley tourism services,and proposes improvement suggestions to provide reference for the tourism development of Shenzhen Happy Valley and similar theme parks.
