三维激光扫描技术在老旧小区改造测量中的应用

摘要 三维激光扫描技术以其快速、准确、无接触的优势,在测绘工程领域应用越来越广,本文以徕卡RTC360三维激光扫描仪为例,介绍了其在老旧小区改造测量中的技术流程及应用,并结合北京市朝阳区某老旧小区的工程实例,对测量成果进行精度评定,验证了将三维激光扫描技术应用在老旧小区改造测量中的可行性。 Three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been applied more and more widely in the field of surveying and mapping engineering thanks to its advantages of speediness,accuracy and non-contact.Taking Leica RTC360 three-dimensional laser scanner as an example,this paper introduces its technical process and application in the renovation survey of old residential compounds,and evaluates the accuracy of the survey results with the engineering example of an old residential compound in Chaoyang district,Beijing.The feasibility of applying 3D laser scanning technology to the renovation survey of old residential compounds is verified.
