软土地区基于建筑超长平移技术的基坑实例分析

摘要 上海安康苑一期项目位于上海市静安区,工程地上拟建3栋150 m超高层住宅及由5栋历史保留风貌建筑改造而成的联排别墅、沿街风貌组成。为在历史建筑下方完成4层地下室的建设,同时确保历史建筑免遭破坏,项目开发过程中5栋历史保留建筑需迁移保护,并在地下室完成后予以复位。结合本项目超高层的进度需求对基坑进行分坑处理,在先开区的施工过程中需对5栋历史保留建筑进行大规模平移工作,总平移建筑面积1945 m^(2),累计平移距离达2088 m,基坑面积约20500 m^(2),挖深18.15~22.9 m。本项目的成功实施可为上海软土地区城市更新改造中深基坑与超长距平移技术相结合的设计和施工提供参考。 The Shanghai Ankang Garden Phase I project is located in Jing'an District,Shanghai.Three 150 m super high-rise residential buildings,as well as five historic buildings transformed into townhouses and street style buildings,are planned to be built on site.In order to complete the construction of a four story basement below the historical building while ensuring that the building is not damaged,the five historical preserved buildings need to be relocated and protected during the project development process,and restored after the basement is completed.Therefore,in combination with the progress requirements of the super high-rise building of this project,the foundation pit will be divided into pits for treatment.During the construction process of the initial opening area,large-scale translation work will be carried out on 5 historical preserved buildings,with a total translation area of 1945 m^(2)and a cumulative translation distance of 2088 m.The foundation pit has an area of approximately 20500 m^(2)and a depth of 18.15~22.9 m.The successful implementation of this project provides certain reference value for the design and construction of deep foundation pits combined with ultra long distance translation technology in the urban renewal and renovation of soft soil areas in Shanghai.
