摘要
信息披露是企业在数字时代获取媒体报道的重要方式。基于2017—2021年我国上市公司面板数据,本文实证考察了数字化转型信息披露对媒体报道的影响。研究发现:企业披露数字化转型信息水平越高,越容易获得更多的媒体报道,即媒介效应越显著,但这种正向作用不会受到企业所在地区制度环境的显著影响,而企业所处的市场环境则会强化这一积极效应。未来,企业应加快自身数字化转型,以吸引更多新闻媒体的关注,向市场释放积极信号,政府也应推动制度环境与市场环境同步变革,顶层设计与机制建设双管齐下,使得企业在新质生产力发展中发挥更大作用。
Information disclosure is an important way for enterprises to obtain media coverage in the digital age.Based on the panel data of China's listed companies from 2017 to 2021,this paper empirically examines the impact of information disclosure of digital transformation on media reports.The research shows that the higher the level of disclosure of digital transformation information,the easier it is to obtain more media reports,that is,the more significant the media effect is.However,this positive effect will not be significantly influenced by the institutional environment in the region where the enterprise is located,and the market environment of the enterprise will strengthen this positive effect.In the future,enterprises should further accelerate their digital transformation to attract more news media attention and send positive signals to the market.The government should also promote the simultaneous reform of the institutional environment and the market environment,and work together with top-level design and mechanism construction to enable enterprises to play a more significant role in developing new quality productive forces.
