乡村振兴背景下农光互补项目分析、评价与建议——基于江西农光互补项目的案例研究

摘要 随着环境保护和可持续发展成为全球共识,探索新能源应用模式成为必然。本文关注江西省实施农光互补项目面临的挑战与机遇,对比分析了不同省份农光互补四大模式下的同类项目。结果发现,江西省农光互补项目体现了其在土地综合利用和政策引导上的显著优势。然而,江西省的项目在技术创新、产业融合、环保效益量化以及项目规模和示范效应等方面仍存在不足。针对这些不足,文章提出推动规范化农光互补项目发展、激发技术创新、优化投资运营模式、提升农户参与度并完善支持体系等对策,以提升农光互补项目的整体质量和效益,促进农业与新能源的协同发展,为江西省实现乡村振兴和可持续发展目标作出贡献。 With environmental protection and sustainable development becoming a global consensus,it is inevitable to explore new energy application models.This paper focuses on the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of the agrophotovoltaic complementary project in Jiangxi Province,and compares and analyzes similar projects under the four modes in different provinces.The results show that Jiangxi Province demonstrates significant advantages in comprehensive land utilization and policy guidance in the implementation of agro-photovoltaic complementary project.However,there are shortcomings in technology innovation,industry integration,quantification of environmental benefits,project scale,and demonstration effect.In view of these deficiencies,the paper proposes countermeasures such as promoting standardized development of agro-photovoltaic complementary project,stimulating technological innovation,optimizing investment and operation models,increasing participation of farmers,and improving support systems,so as to improve the overall quality and efficiency of agro-photovoltaic complementary projects,promote the coordinated development of agriculture and new energy,and contribute to the realization of rural revitalization and sustainable development goals of Jiangxi Province.
