As the global energy environment changes,new energy power generation enterprises have become a new economic growth point.However,as industry competition intensifies,cost control is becoming the core issue of new energy power generation enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzes the background and significance of lean management research in new energy power generation enterprises,reviews the lean production management theory and its application in new energy power generation enterprises,and puts forward the specific measures from the aspects of optimizing operation and maintenance management,material procurement,quality management,budget management,fixed cost management,etc.
