High-quality development strategies for state-owned construction enterprises under digital transformation—Taking A state-owned construction enterprise as an example

数字化转型已成为全球产业升级和经济高质量发展的重要引擎,是国家综合实力的重要体现。数字化转型视角下国有建筑企业应紧跟国家战略方针,积极探索高质量发展路径。对此,文章在简要论述国有建筑企业高质量转型背景基础上,分析其转型价值,并以A国有建筑企业为例对其高质量转型中存在的问题进行深入剖析,从人才队伍构建、目标确立、新质生产力培育三个层面提出优化策略。

Digital transformation has become an important engine for global industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development,and an important reflection of a countrys comprehensive strength.From the perspective of digital transformation,state-owned construction enterprises should closely follow national strategic policies and actively explore high-quality development paths.On this basis,this article briefly discusses the background of high-quality transformation of state-owned construction enterprises,analyzes their transformation value,and takes A state-owned construction enterprise as an example to deeply analyze the problems existing in its high-quality transformation,optimization strategies are proposed from three aspects:talent team construction,goal establishment and new quality productive forces.
