The huge capital demand of real estate enterprises runs through the entire project,so reasonable management of the enterprises capital chain provides important guarantees for the sustainable development of the enterprise.In recent years,traditional fund chain management methods have become ineffective in solving the problems faced by real estate companies,and new methods for managing the fund chain of real estate companies must be sought.This article will analyze the entire process of fund flow,select W enterprise as the research object,comprehensively analyze the risks in W enterprises fund chain,analyze the reasons for the formation of risks,and propose feasible measures to enhance the financial risk management ability of the enterprise and make it more adaptable to the development needs of the market.
