新时期高职人才培养模式构建现状与对策分析

Analysis of the current situation and countermeasures for the construction of higher vocational talent training model in the new era

随着科技的飞速发展和产业结构的不断升级,高等职业教育在培养高素质技术技能人才方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。新时期,高职院校开创了校企合作、产学研结合等人才培养模式,在人才培养方面取得了一定成绩,但仍存在培养目标与企业需求脱节、校企合作深度不够等问题,影响了教学质量和学生技能的培养。文章旨在探讨构建新时期高职院校人才培养模式的现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,higher vocational education plays an increasingly important role in training high-quality technical and skilled personnel.In the new period,higher vocational colleges have created a talent training model such as school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of industry,university and research,and have made certain achievements in talent training,but there are still problems such as the disconnection between training goals and enterprise needs and the lack of depth of school-enterprise cooperation,which affect the teaching quality and the cultivation of studentsskills.This paper aims to explore the current situation of the construction of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges in the new period,analyze the existing problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions.
