摘要
为了解决大型企业多项目人力资源调度精细化程度不足的问题,文章建立了员工工时系数评价模型,在传统工时系数概念的基础上增加了质量、经济效益和进度三个评价维度,从而形成一种量化的人力资源调度评价机制。同时,利用蚁群算法优化大型企业项目任务分配规则和员工分配规则,提高评价模型的性能。经检验,该模型能够有效预测人力资源调度策略的综合执行价值,大型企业可借助该模型提前评估各类方案,进而选择最优的人员调度策略。
In order to overcome the problem of insufficient refinement of multi project human resource scheduling in large enterprises,an evaluation model of employee working hour coefficient was established in the study,and three evaluation dimensions of quality,economic benefits and progress were added on the basis of the traditional concept of working hour coefficient,thus forming a quantitative evaluation mechanism of human resource scheduling.At the same time,the ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the task allocation rules and employee allocation rules of large enterprise projects to improve the performance of the evaluation model.After testing,the model can effectively predict the comprehensive implementation value of human resource scheduling strategy.Large enterprises can use the model to evaluate various schemes in advance,and then select the optimal personnel scheduling strategy.
