摘要
在人口老龄化日益加剧的背景下,低龄老年人再就业问题的日益凸显已成为我国亟待解决的重要社会问题。文章致力于深入探讨低龄老年人再就业意愿的影响因素。通过问卷调查法,对再就业意愿与个人特征、家庭状况、职业经历等因素的相关性进行了全面分析。研究结果显示,教育程度、养老金、婚姻状况以及工作单位等因素对低龄老年人再就业意愿具有显著影响。基于此,文章提出了政策支持、资金投入、社会组织参与等方面的建议,旨在促进老年人再就业,研究成果为解决低龄老年人再就业问题提供了坚实的理论支撑和实践指导。
Under the increasing aging of the population,the re-employment problem of the younger elderly has become an important social issue to be solved urgently in China.This study is devoted to exploring the influencing factors of re-employment willingness of younger elderly people.Through questionnaire survey,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between reemployment willingness and personal characteristics,family status,professional experience and other factors.The results show that factors such as education level,pension,marital status and work unit have significant influence on the re-employment intention of young elderly people.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on policy support,capital investment,participation of social organizations,aiming at promoting the re-employment of the elderly.The research results provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the re-employment problem of the younger elderly.
