摘要
文章探讨了宽带薪酬制度对员工职业发展路径的影响及其规划策略。相较于传统薪酬制度,宽带薪酬制度在解绑薪酬与职级、提供横向职业发展机会等方面展现出显著优势,更加注重技能和绩效。文章从企业和员工两个角度出发,提出了在宽带薪酬制度下有效规划职业发展路径的策略,旨在为员工提供更加灵活和多元化的成长空间,进而提升企业的整体竞争力。
This paper discusses the impact of broadband salary system on employee career development path and its planning strategy.Compared with the traditional salary system,the broadband salary system shows significant advantages in decoupling salary and rank,providing horizontal career development opportunities,etc.,and pays more attention to skills and performance.From the two perspectives of enterprises and employees,this paper puts forward the strategy of effectively planning career development path under the broadband salary system,aiming at providing employees with more flexible and diversified growth space,and thus improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
