摘要
广州市某全地下污水处理厂土建规模10万m^(3)/d,设备安装规模5万m^(3)/d,污泥处理规模35 t/d(80%含水率)。污泥采用板框脱水+一体化连续干化炭化工艺,含水率从98%降到5%,实现了污泥处理厂内极度减量化。污泥经炭化过程形成比表面积大、富含氮磷钾等营养元素和稳定热值的生物炭,资源化用途广泛。经测算,污泥处理处置全流程直接运行成本约234~295元/t湿泥,可为其他污泥项目的建设实施提供设计参考。
The underground wastewater treatment plant in Guangzhou has a structural construction capacity of 10×10^(4) m^(3)/d,mechanical installation capacity of 5×10^(4) m^(3)/d and sludge treatment scale of 35 t/d(sludge weighted with 80%moisture content).Sludge is treated using a combined process with plate press dewatering and integrated continuous drying and carbonization,reducing the moisture content from 98%to 5%,achieving extreme reduction of sludge volume within the plant.After the carbonization process,sludge forms biochar with a large specific surface area,which is rich in nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and stable calorific value,with a wide range of resource utilization.According to calculations,the direct operation cost of the entire sludge treatment and disposal process is approximately 260 to 295 RMB per ton(calculated with sludge with 80%moisture content).This project can provide design examples for the implementation of sludge projects in other cities.
