摘要
分析MBR工艺与光伏在地下式水厂的应用。介绍了雷锋水质净化厂的主要设计参数和功能分区。通过对出水指标与去除率的分析表明了MBR工艺的先进性和稳定性;平均药剂费用为0.125元/m^(3),其中除磷药剂费、碳源费用和洗膜药剂占比为36%、29%、30%。光伏发电项目将太阳能组件架空安装在雷锋水质净化厂上方,平均发电量占全场用电量的21.3%,预计减少二氧化碳排放量为3866.4 t/年,取得了显著的环保效益和经济效益。
Analyze the application of MBR process and PV in buried water plants.The main design parameters and functional partitions of Leifeng water purification plant are introduced.The analysis of the effluent index and removal rate shows the advanced and stability of the MBR process;the average pharmaceutical cost is 0.125 yuan/m^(3) of water,of which the phosphorus removal pharmaceutical cost,carbon source cost and membrane washing pharmaceuticals account for 36%,29%and 30%.Photovoltaic power generation project will be solar modules installed overhead above the Leifeng water purification plant,the average power generation accounted for 21.3%of the whole field of electricity consumption,it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions of 3866.4 tons/year,and has achieved significant environmental benefits and economic benefits.
