Financial management is an important module in the daily operation and management of hotels.The quality of financial management plays a decisive role in the hotel's revenue situation,operational decision-making level and sustainable development.Therefore,in the current increasingly competitive market environment,hotels must strengthen their own financial management and strictly carry out cost control work.This article elaborates on the characteristics of hotel financial management and the significance of financial management informatization construction.Based on the current problems in hotel financial management informatization construction,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to further improve the hotel management level,enhance its comprehensive competitiveness,and promote the sustainable development of hotels with advanced and high-quality financial management.
