摘要
在激烈的市场竞争环境下,国有企业越来越重视物资采购管理工作。国有企业传统的物资采购管理模式已经难以满足实际工作的需要,推动物资采购管理实现优化与创新,已经成为国有企业现代化转型升级的重要路径。基于此,文章通过分析当前国有企业物资采购管理中存在的问题,从优化国企物资招标采购、细化物资采购过程控制、加强采购供应商管理、实施物资采购管理考核、建设物资采购信息系统等方面提出具体的改进措施。
In the fierce market competition environment,state-owned enterprises are increasingly attaching importance to material procurement management.The traditional material procurement management model of state-owned enterprises is no longer able to meet the needs of practical work.Promoting the optimization and innovation of material procurement management has become an important path for the modernization and upgrading of state-owned enterprises.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems in the current material procurement management of state-owned enterprises and proposes specific improvement measures from optimizing state-owned enterprise material bidding and procurement,refining material procurement process control,strengthening procurement supplier management,implementing material procurement management assessment and building a material procurement information system.
