城乡居民养老保险参保现状及改善措施探究

Current situation and improvement measures of old-age insurance participation for urban and rural residents

我国目前已步入人口老龄化阶段,因此,提升城乡居民养老保险参保的管理工作就显得至关重要。研究发现,部分地区的配套政策不够完善、区域之间经济水平和人口结构存在差异、公众参与养老保险的主动性比较欠缺等,此类情况会给城乡居民养老保险管理带来影响。鉴于此,文章提出优化相关政策、促进地区经济均衡发展、优化人口结构、科学财政分担以及加强社会宣传等策略,以期提供有益参考。

Now,our country has entered the stage of aging population.Therefore,the improvement of the urban and rural residents pension insurance to participate in the management work is very important.In the process of research,it is found that the supporting policies in some areas are not perfect,there are differences in economic level and population structure between regions,and the publics initiative to participate in the pension insurance is relatively insufficient.Such practical situations will have an impact on the management of the pension insurance for urban and rural residents.In view of this,the paper proposes strategies such as optimizing relevant policies,promoting balanced regional economic development,optimizing population structure,scientific financial sharing and strengthening social publicity,so as to provide useful references,to effectively improve the environment for old-age insurance participation.
