摘要
行政事业单位绩效考核是评价单位管理水平和工作效果的重要手段,其本身具有提升内控管理水平、优化财政资源配置重要作用,便于行政事业单位更好地发挥管理服务职能。文章立足于行政事业单位运营实际,在阐述行政事业单位绩效考核重要性的基础上,分析单位绩效考核现状问题及对策,指出行政事业单位需改善绩效考核环境,在深化绩效考核目标指标设计的同时,灵活使用绩效考核方法,并加强单位内部沟通管理,重点培养专业绩效考核人员,以提高行政事业单位绩效考核工作的质量和效果,推动单位的持续发展和提升管理水平。
Performance evaluation of administrative institutions is an important means of evaluating the management level and work effectiveness of units.It plays an important role in improving internal control management level,optimizing financial resource allocation,facilitating administrative institutions to better play their management and service functions.This article is based on the actual operation of administrative institutions.On the basis of explaining the importance of performance evaluation in administrative institutions,it analyzes the current situation,problems and countermeasures of unit performance evaluation.It points out that administrative institutions need to improve the performance evaluation environment,deepen the design of performance evaluation goals and indicators,flexibly use performance evaluation methods,strengthen internal communication and management,and focus on cultivating professional performance evaluation personnel.Only in this way can the quality and effectiveness of performance evaluation in administrative institutions be improved,and the sustainable development and management level of the unit be promoted.
