脐针治疗急性尿潴留理论探讨及验案举隅

Theoretical Discussion and Case Illustration on the Treatment of Acute Urinary Retention by Umbilical Needling Therapy

急性尿潴留具有起病急骤、易反复感染的特点,严重影响患者生活质量,造成患者负面心理情绪。目前西医治疗以导尿为主,但患者不易接受。中医在缓解患者尿潴留症状的同时可以调节整体机能状态,进而在一定程度上提高患者生活质量。脐针疗法作为一种独具特色的中医疗法,具有取穴少、操作简便、不良反应少等优势,在改善排尿障碍、恢复膀胱功能方面具有独特疗效。文章从急性尿潴留的病因病机与脐针的理论基础两个角度进行分析,并分享临床验案一则。

Acute urinary retention characterized by acute onset and recurrent infections seriously affects patients’quality of life and causes negative psychological emotions.Western medical therapies for this condition focus on urethral catheterization,with low patient compliance.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can regulate the overall body status while relieving patients’urinary retention symptoms,thus improving their quality of life to a certain extent.Umbilical needling therapy,as a unique TCM therapy,is praised for the few acupuncture points,easy operation,and mild adverse reactions.Moreover,it has unique efficacy in alleviating urinary obstruction and restoring the bladder function.This article analyzes the etiology and mechanism of acute urinary retention and the theoretical basis of umbilical needling therapy,and illustrates the treatment with a clinical case.
