Reflections on Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

党的二十届三中全会对完善城乡融合发展体制机制作出全面部署,要求必须统筹新型工业化、新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴,为新时代新征程上推进乡村全面振兴,加快农业农村现代化更好推进中国式现代化指明了方向,提出了更高要求。进一步全面深化改革,有力有效推进乡村全面振兴,必须更加注重把握进一步全面深化改革确定的方向,持续推进乡村全面振兴;更加注重改革系统集成,统筹提升“三个乡村”水平,促进城乡融合发展;更加注重改革重点,守住“两条底线”,凝聚振兴合力,夯实推进乡村全面振兴的基础和动能;更加注重遵循城乡融合发展视野下乡村全面振兴的改革原则,走好中国特色乡村振兴道路。

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive deployment to improve the system and mechanism for integrated urban‐rural development.It emphasizes the need to coordinate new industrialization,new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization.This directive provides clear guidance and sets higher requirements for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and rural modernization in the new era and on the new journey of advancing Chinese‐style modernization.To further deepen reforms comprehensively and effectively promote comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,it is essential to focus on the direction determined by further deepening reform comprehensively and continuously advance comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Emphasis should be placed on the integration of reform systems,coordinating and improving“three rural”levels,and promoting integrated development of urban and rural areas.Attention must be given to key points of reform,maintaining the“two bottom lines”,consolidating the joint force of revitalization,and solidifying the foundation and momentum for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.Additionally,it is crucial to adhere to the reform principles of comprehensive rural revitalization under the vision of urban‐rural integration development,and follow the path of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics.
