摘要
在学术资本主义思潮的冲击下,大学教师正面临“立德树人者”与“知识雇佣者”、“求真型学者”与“求利型学者”、“服务社会者”与“资本追逐者”、“引领文化者”与“迎合文化者”的学术职业冲突,导致大学教师“立德树人者”形象的式微、“知识创生者”旨趣的偏失、“学术创业者”动机的异化和“价值引领者”取向的偏离。厘定学术与资本的边界,消解学术职业危机,大学教师应坚守立德树人的教育初心,恪守学术为本的职业根基,谨守学术创业的发展航向,坚守文化学人的责任担当,优化学术职业发展的制度环境。
Under the impact of academic capitalism,university teachers face conflicts in their academic profession between“fostering virtue through education”and“acting as knowledge employers”,“truth-seeking scholars”and“profit-driven researchers”,“serving society”and“chasing capital”,and“cultural leaders”and“cultural conformists”.These conflicts have led to the erosion of their image as“morality educators”,the distortion of their ultimate pursuit as“knowledge creators”,the alienation of their motivation as“academic entrepreneurs,”and the deviation from their orientation as“value exemplars”.To clearly define the boundaries between academia and capital,and address the resultant professional crisis,university teachers should remain committed to their foundational mission of fostering virtue through education,uphold the academic core of their profession,follow the path of academic entrepreneurship,embrace their cultural responsibilities,and work towards optimizing the institutional environment for academic development.
