职业教育数字化转型的耗散逻辑与增效路径

摘要 数字化转型是重构职业教育系统、重塑职业教育新生态的重要契机。职业教育数字化转型通过促进职业教育系统创新变革,使职业教育摆脱转型前的无序状态,建立职业教育系统有序的耗散结构,推动职业教育高质量发展。职业教育数字化转型处于初步发展阶段,可能遭遇过度转型的冒进风险或被动转型的保守困境。因此,需要从更新价值理念、把准转型方向、驱动职业教育数字化转型生态适应、完善政策制度提供动力支撑等方面,深入探索职业教育数字化转型的增效路径。 Digital transformation is an important opportunity to reconstruct the vocational education system and reshape the new ecology of vocational education.By promoting the innovation and change of the vocational education system,the digitalization of vocational education can get rid of the disorderly state before the transformation,establish an orderly dissipative structure of the vocational education system,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The digital transformation of vocational education is in the initial stage of development,and the transformation may encounter the risk of excessive transformation or the conservative dilemma of passive transformation.Therefore,we should explore the promotion path of digital transformation of vocational education from the aspects of value-led support for transformation action direction,technology-driven promotion of ecological transformation adaptation,institutional system to ensure the realization of transformation goals,and collaborative governance to ensure action integration.
