企业视域下行业产教融合共同体的建设逻辑和优化路径

The Construction Logic and Optimization Path of Industry Education Integration Community from the Perspective of Enterprises

摘要 行业产教融合共同体是“深化职业教育供给侧改革”的重要举措,承担着沟通产教桥梁、提高人才培养质量、提升企校在科研与服务层面的系统耦合度等重要作用,必须遵循带动企校成员系统开展有组织人才培养、科技创新、社会服务的建设逻辑,避免陷入行业龙头企业牵头作用发挥不深、角色与职责的界限模糊导致职业院校“越俎代庖”、职教话语体系下的任务设计缺乏企业吸引力等建设误区。实践中,推动行业产教融合共同体建设要强化政策保障调动行业头部企业参与建设积极性;优化组织架构、建强实质运行的领导核心和执行中枢,打破职教话语体系下重构共同体建设核心任务;加强国家示范为共同体建设提供运行经验,强化省域监管并构建能进能出的考核评价体系,不断筑牢共同体成员间长效利益机制。 The integration of industry and education is an important measure to deepen the supply side reform of vocational education.It plays an important role in bridging the gap between industry and edu⁃cation,improving the quality of talent training,and enhancing the systematic coupling between enterprises and schools in scientific research and service.It must follow the construction logic of driving the members of enterprises and schools to carry out organized talent training,technological innovation,and social servic⁃es,and avoid falling into the construction errors of leading enterprises in the industry,unclear boundaries between roles and responsibilities,and the lack of enterprise attractiveness in task design under the dis⁃course system of vocational education.In practice,promoting the construction of industry education integra⁃tion community requires strengthening policy guarantees and mobilizing the enthusiasm of leading enterpris⁃es in the industry to participate in the construction;Optimize organizational structure,strengthen the leader⁃ship core and execution center of substantive operation,and break the core task of reconstructing communi⁃ty construction under the discourse system of vocational education;Strengthen national demonstration to provide operational experience for community construction,strengthen provincial supervision and establish an assessment and evaluation system that can enter and exit,and continuously build a long-term interest mechanism among community members.
