文字承载着多元化元素,其作为感官载体能够向观看者呈现明确含义,是期刊排版中不可或缺的组成元素。此外,文字可塑性较强,是一种视觉艺术的表现形式,能够展现出千变万化的风貌和深邃丰富的情感,让画面充满设计感和丰富色彩。近年来,随着公民普法意识的不断提高,对知识产权权益的保护也随之加强。而字体版权问题往往最容易在期刊排版过程中被忽视。为了降低设计字体的侵权风险,本文阐述了字体版权侵权的界定,分析了导致字体侵权的原因,提出了相应规避策略,以期提高期刊排版过程中的字体排版应用水平。

Text carries diverse elements,and as a sensory carrier,it can present clear meanings to viewers,making it an indispensable component of journal layout.In addition,text has strong plasticity and is a form of visual art expression that can showcase ever-changing styles and profound emotions,making the picture full of design and rich colors.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of citizens'awareness of legal education,the protection of intellectual property rights and interests has also been strengthened.The issue of font copyright is often the easiest to overlook during the formatting process of journals.In order to reduce the risk of font infringement in design,this article elaborates on the definition of font copyright infringement,analyzes the causes of font infringement,and proposes corresponding avoidance strategies to improve the practical application of font layout in the process of journal layout.
