摘要 国家电网有限公司深入贯彻“一个引领、三个变革”的要求,全面支撑“三型两网”世界一流能源互联网企业建设,强调科技项目的规范化、精益化管理。为提高科技项目管理的质量和效率,应对科技项目数量与规模快速增长所带来的管理挑战,本文依托国网上海公司科技创新智慧平台,基于成功的项目群管理经验(MSP)与项目编码技术,设计了一套科技项目信息数字化与科技项目编码自动化的科技项目群全生命周期管理系统,用于帮助组织规划、执行和监控科技项目。 State Grid Corporation of China has deeply implemented the requirements ofone leadership,three transformations,fully supported the construction of world-class energy internet enterprises withthree types and two grids,and emphasized the standardization and lean management of technology projects.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of science and technology project management and cope with the management challenges brought about by the rapid increase in the number and scale of science and technology projects,this paper designs a set of science and technology project group life cycle management system based on the successful project group management experience(MSP)and project coding technology based on the successful project group management experience(MSP)and project coding technology,which is used to help organizations plan,execute and monitor science and technology projects.
