摘要
在保证采摘蜜桔品质和于限定周期内完成采摘任务的基础上,以洞口县雪峰蜜桔为研究对象,基于机器视觉技术创新设计蜜桔采摘机器人。蜜桔采摘机器人与人工采摘对比实验结果表明,雪峰蜜桔机器人采摘能降低果皮损伤率,提升果品分类效果,保障蜜桔生产的经济效益。
In order to complete the honey orange picking task within a limited period while ensuring the quality of the honey oranges,Xuefeng honey orange in Dongkou County was taken as research object.Based on machine vision technol-ogy and innovation design picking robot of honey orange was developed and comparison experiment was carried out for picking robot and manual picking operation.Experiment results showed that robot picking of Xuefeng honey oranges can decrease the rate of fruit peel damage,enhance fruit classification efficiency,and ensure the economic benefits of honey or-ange production.
