基于AGV转运的牵引电机支撑试验台位设计与实验

摘要 为了解决试验站物流转运效率低下问题,设计了适应背驮式AGV的托盘式支撑结构,应用仿真分析和共振频率分析方法进行可行性分析,搭建实验平台进行结构验证。分析及实验表明,该支撑结构能够满足电机例行试验要求。 In order to solve the problem of low logistics transfer efficiency in the current experimental station,a tray type support structure suitable for backpack type automatic guided transport vehicles was designed.Feasibility analysis was conducted using simulation analysis and resonance frequency analysis methods,and an experimental platform was built for structural verification.Analysis and experiments show that the supporting structure can meet the requirements of routine motor tests.
