广西南宁市青秀区孕妇分娩方式相关知识及分娩方式选择的影响因素分析

Analysis of knowledge about delivery modes and influencing factors of the choice of delivery modes among pregnant women in Qingxiu District of Nanning City in Guangxi

目的调查广西南宁市青秀区孕妇分娩方式相关知识及分娩方式选择的影响因素,以期为孕妇提供合理的健康宣教,促进其合理选择分娩方式。方法选取2019年7-12月在南宁市青秀区四所三甲医院产检的孕妇366例,采用自制孕妇对分娩知识认知情况调查问卷的形式,了解孕妇对不同分娩方式的认知程度及其选择分娩方式的影响因素。结果顺产者与剖宫产者比较,孕妇年龄、月收入、受教育程度均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕妇因素如剖宫产对孕妇损伤较大、恢复较慢,剖宫产对孕妇伤害大,剖宫产是否会造成产后体型变化,不可抗力因素如剖宫产可避免自然分娩过程中的突发状况以及剖宫产可保护阴道,均为分娩方式选择的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。孕妇获得分娩方式的知识主要来源于网络平台(74.86%)及医院小课堂(62.02%)。90.44%孕妇最终选择分娩方式为顺产,而决定孕妇分娩意愿的主要因素为听从医生建议(49.45%)及自主决定(43.99%)。结论大多数孕妇对分娩知识有正确的认识。在分娩方式的选择中,孕妇的分娩意愿多由医生或自己决定,尤其是医生的建议起关键作用,提示大多数孕妇的依从性较好。

Objective To investigate the knowledge related to delivery modes and influencing factors of delivery method selection among pregnant women in Qingxiu District of Nanning City in Guangxi,so as to provide reasonable health education for pregnant women and promote their rational choice of delivery modes.Methods 366 pregnant women who underwent prenatal check ups at 4 national comprehensive three A-level hospitals in Qingxiu District of Nanning City from July to December 2019 were selected.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the cognitive levels of pregnant women towards different delivery modes and the influencing factors of their choice of delivery modes.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the age,monthly income,and education levels of pregnant women with vaginal delivery and those with cesarean section(P>0.05).Pregnant women's factors including cesarean section caused significant damage and slow recovery,cesarean section caused great harm to pregnant women,whether cesarean section would cause postpartum body shape changes,force majeure factors such as cesarean section could avoid sudden situations during natural childbirth and cesarean section could protect the vagina were all independent influencing factors for the choice of delivery modes(P<0.05).The main sources of knowledge about the delivery modes for pregnant women were online platforms(74.86%)and hospital classes(62.02%).90.44%of the pregnant women chose to have a vaginal delivery,and the main factors determining the pregnant women's choice of delivery were following the advice of doctor(49.45%)and self-determination(43.99%).Conclusion Most pregnant women have correct understanding of childbirth knowledge.In the choice of delivery modes,the willingness of pregnant women to give birth is often determined by doctors or themselves,especially doctor's advice plays a key role,indicating that most of the pregnant women have good compliance.
