摘要
目的:分析儿科护士知识共享行为现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年1—12月河南省儿童医院4个院区的1256名儿科护士进行横断面研究,收集儿科护士的一般资料,采用知识共享行为量表(KSBS)评估其知识共享行为水平,采用多元线性回归分析儿科护士知识共享行为的影响因素。结果:1256名儿科护士平均KSBS评分为(69.75±13.28)分;不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况儿科护士的KSBS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);学历为硕士及以上、职称为副主任及主任护师、月平均收入≥6000元、月平均夜班数0次、工作年限>15年、有临床带教任务、职业定向与规划水平优秀的儿科护士KSBS评分均高于其他类型儿科护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历为硕士及以上、职称为副主任及主任护师、月平均收入≥6000元、月平均夜班数0次、工作年限>15年、有临床带教任务、职业定向与规划水平优秀是儿科护士知识共享行为的积极影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:学历为硕士及以上、职称为副主任及主任护师、月平均收入≥6000元、月平均夜班数0次、工作年限>15年、有临床带教任务、职业定向与规划水平优秀是儿科护士知识共享行为的积极影响因素。
Objective:To analyze status quo of knowledge sharing behavior of pediatric nurses and its influencing factors.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1256 pediatric nurses from 4 districts of Henan Children’s Hospital from January to December 2022.The general information of these pediatric nurses was collected.The knowledge sharing behavior scale(KSBS)was used to evaluate the level of knowledge sharing behavior.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of the pediatric nurses.Results:The average KSBS score of the 1256 pediatric nurses was(69.75±13.28).There were no significant differences in the KSBS score among the pediatric nurses with different gender,age and marital status(P>0.05).The KSBS scores of the pediatric nurses with master’s degree or above,professional title as deputy director and chief nurse,monthly average income≥6000 yuan,monthly average number of night shifts as 0,working years>15 years,clinical teaching tasks,excellent career orientation and planning level were higher than those of other types of pediatric nurses,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the positive influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of the pediatric nurses were master’s degree and above,professional title as deputy director and chief nurse,monthly average income≥6000 yuan,monthly average number of night shifts 0 times,working years>15 years,clinical teaching tasks,and excellent career orientation and planning level(P<0.05).Conclusions:The positive influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of the pediatric nurses are master’s degree or above,professional title as deputy director and chief nurse,monthly average income≥6000 yuan,monthly average number of night shifts as 0,working years>15 years,clinical teaching tasks,and excellent career orientation and planning level.
