艾司奥美拉唑镁联合瑞巴派特与康复新液治疗老年胃溃疡出血患者的效果

Effects of Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Rebamipide and Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer bleeding

目的:观察艾司奥美拉唑镁联合瑞巴派特与康复新液治疗老年胃溃疡出血患者的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2023年10月该院收治的97例老年胃溃疡出血患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组48例与观察组49例。对照组给予康复新液联合瑞巴派特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加艾司奥美拉唑镁治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血管内皮功能指标[表皮生长因子(EGF)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))]水平、胃肠激素[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组EGF、PGE_(2)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MTI、GAS水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组SS、CGRP水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾司奥美拉唑镁联合瑞巴派特与康复新液治疗老年胃溃疡出血患者可提高治疗总有效率和血管内皮功能指标水平,以及改善胃肠激素水平的效果优于康复新液联合瑞巴派特治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Rebamipide and Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 97 elderly patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid combined with Rebamipide,while the observation group was treated with Esomeprazole magnesium on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the vascular endothelial function indexes[epidermal growth factor(EGF),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))]levels,and the gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),somatostatin(SS),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 81.25%(39/48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of EGF and PGE_(2) in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MTI and GAS in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of SS and CGRP in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Esomeprazole magnesium combined with Rebamipide and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of the elderly patients with gastric ulcer bleeding can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes,and improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones.Moreover,it is superior to Kangfuxin liquid combined with Rebamipide treatment.
