Cox健康行为互动模式下的心理护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

Application effects of psychological nursing under Cox health behavior interaction mode in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察Cox健康行为互动模式下的心理护理在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年9月该院收治的98例LDH患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各49例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施Cox健康行为互动模式下的心理护理。比较两组依从性,护理前后心境状态[简式心境状态量表(POMSSF)]、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分]、疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:研究组依从率为97.96%(48/49),高于对照组的83.67%(41/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组疲乏-迟钝、迷惑-混乱、愤怒-敌意、抑郁-沮丧、紧张-焦虑评分均低于对照组,精力-活力、自我情绪评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.92%(47/49),高于对照组的67.35%(33/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Cox健康行为互动模式下的心理护理应用于LDH患者可提高依从性、腰椎功能评分和护理满意度,改善心境状态评分,降低疼痛评分,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of psychological nursing under Cox health behavior interaction mode in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 patients with LDH admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to September 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the psychological nursing under Cox health behavior interaction mode on the basis of that of the control group.The compliance,the mood state[profile of mood states-short form(POMS-SF)],the lumbar function[Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score],the pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of fatigue-slowness,confusion-disorder,anger-hostility,depression and tension-anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of vigor-vitality and selfconsciousness emotions were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 67.35%(33/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The psychological nursing under Cox health behavior interaction mode to the patients with LDH can improve the compliance,the lumbar function scores and the nursing satisfaction,improve the mood state scores,and reduce the pain scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
