叙事护理在儿童包皮扩张分离术中的应用研究

Application of narrative nursing in pediatric preputial dilation and separation

目的 探讨叙事护理在儿童包皮扩张分离术中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7-8月在某三级甲等儿童医院门诊进行包皮扩张分离术的5~12岁患儿240例。其中2023年7月收治的120例患儿为对照组,2023年8月收治的120例患儿为试验组。对照组患儿采用常规护理,试验组患儿在常规护理基础上增加叙事护理,比较2组患儿的焦虑程度、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果 试验组患儿术后焦虑评分[(30.16±6.70)分]、术后疼痛评分[2.0(2.0,4.0)分]及并发症发生率(12.5%)均明显低于对照组[分别为(32.48±8.84)分、8.0(5.0,12.0)分、30.0%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在儿童包皮扩张分离术中应用叙事护理可以减轻患儿的焦虑和疼痛,降低并发症发生率,改善患儿手术体验,提高手术成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in pediatric preputial dilation and separation.Methods A total of 240 children aged 5-12 years who underwent preputial dilation and separation in the outpatient department of a tertiary children′s hospital from July to August 2023 were selected.Among them,120 patients admitted in July 2023 were assigned to the control group,and 120 patients admitted in August 2023 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received narrative nursing in addition to routine nursing.The anxiety level,postoperative pain level,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score[(30.16±6.7)points],postoperative pain score[2.0(2.0,4.0)points],and complication rate(12.5%)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(32.48±8.84)points,8.0(5.0,12.0)points,and 30.0%,respectively],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing in pediatric preputial dilation and separation can alleviate anxiety and pain of children,reduce the complication rate,improve surgical experience,and increase the success rate of surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
